We are currently seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Manager (Customer Relationship Manager) to join our team at Bucklesham Grange . In this role, you will work closely with our management team to ensure occupancy and average weekly fee rates meet budget expectations. Additionally, you will take the lead in local networking activities, forging strong relationships with referral sources.

As the face of the Hallmark brand, you will have the opportunity to interact with potential residents and their loved ones, driving occupancy and achieving targets and key performance indicators. With a successful track record in sales, specifically in a Business-to-customer (B2C) consultative approach, preferably in a high-value product or service industry, you will quickly become a valuable asset to our team.
