The Opportunity:

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive relationship-centered, clinical, and dementia care.
• Collaborate with the Care Manager for continuous assessment, planning, and implementation of resident care.
• Guide and nurture the care team's growth through supervision and performance management.
• Cater to residents' dietary needs, ensuring personalized and suitable meals.
• Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and property management.
• Foster relationship-centered care activities within the home.
