What You'll Do:

• Utilise your solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping.
• Apply technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with a touch of IT skills.
• Maintain high standards in and around the home for a safe and comfortable environment.
• Handle tasks from minor plumbing and electrics to painting and decorating.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Fire Regulations.

What You Need:

• Previous experience in maintenance or excellent handyman skills.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Word and email.
• Physical fitness to lift light items and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to prioritize, respond positively to work, and carry out cleaning tasks.
