Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant or ready to take the next step in your career? Do you hold an NVQ level 3 or are well on your way to qualifying?

At Midford Manor, a brand new luxurious, state-of-the-art care home in Bath, we're on the lookout for a compassionate and friendly Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. Each resident has a unique story to tell, Become part of their and them a part of yours. Support them to feel their best and in turn, find purpose and satisfaction in your every day, for every moment. 

We offer a highly competitive hourly rate of between £15.45-£16.22 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team of care assistants to provide high-quality personal care and support.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and safe during their stay.
• Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals with a passion for outstanding care.

• Availability for every other weekend.
• NVQ level 3 qualification or on the way to qualifying.
